Trust & Safety at ExSuites
ExSuites is a marketplace that connects businesses with small office space from independent local providers. Here's how we review listings, what our badges mean, and how to protect yourself.
How listings are reviewed
Every listing is reviewed by an ExSuites admin before it goes live. We check that the listing is for real, eligible small office space, that it isn't misleading or prohibited, and that the provider has agreed to our Listing Terms — which require listers to have the authority to offer the space. Review is a basic accuracy and policy check, not an inspection or an endorsement.
What our badges mean
Badges describe what we've confirmed — nothing more. The default badge is "Listing Reviewed." Provider verification badges appear only after a real review.
An ExSuites admin reviewed this listing for basic accuracy and policy compliance before it went live. This is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the space or provider.
The provider confirmed control of their email address.
The provider confirmed a working contact phone number.
ExSuites reviewed this provider's company information. Verification confirms identity details only — it is not a recommendation or a guarantee of any specific space.
ExSuites reviewed documentation of this provider's real estate license. Confirm the current license status independently with the Nevada Real Estate Division.
ExSuites reviewed evidence that this provider owns or operates the space they list.
How providers become verified
Verification is optional and earned. Providers can submit identity, company, real estate license, or ownership documentation; an ExSuites admin reviews it and sets the appropriate level. Verification confirms specific facts (identity, a license on file, ownership evidence) — it is never a recommendation or a guarantee of any particular space. To start, email hello@exsuites.com.
Reporting a listing
If a listing looks inaccurate, outdated, or suspicious, use the "Report listing" link on the listing page or email us. We review every report and remove listings that break our rules. Reporting is anonymous to the provider.
Avoiding rental scams
- • Tour the space in person (or via a live video walkthrough) before paying anything.
- • Never wire money, send gift cards, or pay by untraceable methods to hold a space.
- • Be wary of prices far below market, pressure to act immediately, or refusal to meet.
- • Get every term in writing and read the agreement before signing.
- • Confirm the provider has the right to lease or sublease the space.
- • When in doubt, contact us — we'd rather investigate than let you be scammed.
Our role as a marketplace
ExSuites provides an advertising and discovery platform. We are not a party to transactions between users, we do not guarantee any listing or provider, and we do not act as a real estate broker on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing. Always do your own due diligence before entering an agreement. See our Listing Terms and Terms of Service for details.
Trust & Safety FAQs
Does ExSuites own or manage the spaces listed?+
No. ExSuites is a marketplace and advertising platform. Listings are posted by independent owners, brokers, operators, property managers, and tenants. We are not the landlord, agent, or party to any lease unless explicitly stated in writing.
What does 'Listing Reviewed' mean?+
It means an ExSuites admin checked the listing for basic accuracy and policy compliance before it went live. It is not an endorsement, an inspection, or a guarantee of the space, the price, or the provider.
How do I become a Verified Provider?+
Create your provider profile, then contact us to submit identity, company, license, or ownership documentation. An admin reviews it and sets your verification level. We never display a verification badge you haven't earned.
