Our policy

Listings, communications, and lister conduct on the platform may not discriminate or express any preference, limitation, or exclusion based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, source of income, or any other class protected by federal, Nevada, or local law.

Where listings include residential or live/work components, the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state law apply in full.

Accessibility

We encourage listers to describe accessibility features accurately (our listing form includes an ADA-compliant amenity field) so tenants with disabilities can evaluate spaces fairly. Tenants who need reasonable accommodations should raise them directly with the lister.

Reporting discrimination

If you believe a listing or a lister on ExSuites has discriminated against you, report it to hello@exsuites.com — we investigate every report and remove violating listings and accounts.

You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing or 1-800-669-9777, or with the Nevada Equal Rights Commission.
