Milvado Realty LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on ExSuites.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at hello@exsuites.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our response
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and notify the user who posted it.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Clark County, Nevada if outside the U.S.), and your signature. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
