This Privacy Policy explains how Milvado Realty LLC collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use ExSuites.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email, company, and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider). Listing information: addresses, photos, pricing, and contact details you choose to publish. Inquiry information: the name, email, phone, and message a tenant submits to a lister. Payment information: handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers. Usage information: standard logs, device and browser data, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. How we use information
To operate the marketplace (publish listings, deliver inquiries to listers, process payments); to send transactional email such as listing status updates, lead notifications, and saved-search alerts you opt into; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve the Service. We do not sell personal information.
3. How information is shared
Listing content is public by design. When you submit an inquiry, your contact details and message are shared with that listing's owner. We share data with service providers who run our infrastructure — Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Algolia (search), Google Maps (maps and geocoding), Resend (email), and our hosting provider — each only as needed to provide their function. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@exsuites.com; we will delete or anonymize it except where retention is required for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on the Service or by email.
