When your 60-day window ends, your listings are automatically taken offline unless you've started a paid plan or single listing. Nothing is charged automatically. You can continue, pause, or pick up where you left off.

Yes — use "Send us your listings" and the ExSuites team can help prepare your inventory for review, or import it from a CSV. You stay in control of every listing.

If you have one space, buy a single listing ($40, 60 days). If you regularly have multiple spaces — an executive-suite operator, broker, or property manager — Starter ($50/mo, up to 10 active listings) or Growth ($99/mo, up to 50) is better value. Brokerages and large operators should ask about Enterprise.

Every listing is reviewed by ExSuites before it goes live — a quick accuracy and policy check, usually within one business day. Once approved, it's live on search, category, and city pages, and tenant inquiries come straight to your inbox.

Yes. Every listing is reviewed by an admin before publishing. Reviewed listings carry a 'Listing Reviewed' badge. Provider verification badges are separate and only shown after a real review.

Yes — owners, brokers, operators, property managers, and tenants with extra space can all list, as long as they have the authority to offer the space (see our Listing Terms).

Absolutely — it's one of ExSuites' best uses. A spare private office, exam room, or salon chair can be listed (with landlord consent where your lease requires it) and turned into qualified leads.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual) and you can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Your active listings stay live through the end of the period.

Never. All lead inquiries are included — you keep 100% of every deal you close. Filling one vacant office can easily justify the monthly listing cost.
