No. During the founding program the 60-day free period is granted manually by the ExSuites team — no card is required to start. You'll only add payment if you choose to continue on a paid plan afterward.

When your 60-day window ends, your listings are automatically taken offline unless you've started a paid plan or single listing. Nothing is charged automatically. You can continue, pause, or pick up where you left off.

No. ExSuites is a marketplace and advertising platform. We give your space SEO-optimized exposure and a built-in inquiry form, but we don't guarantee any number of leads, tours, or leases.
Can I send multiple listings for the team to set up?+
Yes — use "Send us your listings" and the ExSuites team can help prepare your inventory for review, or import it from a CSV. You stay in control of every listing.
