Refund Policy

This policy describes when payments to ExSuites.com are refundable. All payments are processed by Stripe in USD.

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing dashboard; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges occur. We do not prorate partial periods, except where required by law.

If we remove your account or listings for a reason other than a violation of our Terms, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

2. Single listings

A single-listing purchase is refundable in full if you request a refund before the listing is approved and published. Once a listing is live, the purchase is non-refundable, except as described below.

3. Featured placements

Featured placements take effect immediately for 7 days and are non-refundable once active. If a featured placement fails to activate due to an error on our side, we will re-run it or refund it — your choice.

4. Rejected listings

If your only listing under a single-listing purchase is rejected and you choose not to revise it, contact us within 14 days and we will refund that purchase.

5. Billing errors and duplicates

Duplicate charges and clear billing errors are always refunded — contact us and we'll fix it promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@exsuites.com from your account email with your receipt or order date. We respond within two business days.
